How does your diagnostic fee work?
Our diagnostic fee is $80 and covers all labor necessary to diagnose common issues with your vehicle. We provide free estimates for work needed with any diagnostic work. If you decide to repair your vehicle with us, this fee is waived! It’s our way of incentivizing a diagnostic before repairs are done, ensuring it’s fixed right the first time. This does not apply if the problem is found to be electrical, as the diagnosis of electrical issues tend to have quite a lot of labor time involved.
What warranty do you offer?
Greenfield Auto Repair, LLC provides a 1-year warranty on labor and new parts supplied by us. Parts provided by the customer are excluded from warranty coverage. Warranty applies only when Greenfield Auto Repair supplies the parts, which must be new or remanufactured, unless otherwise expressly stated. Wear-and-tear parts are not covered. To submit a warranty claim, contact Greenfield Auto Repair within one day prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
